Hey guys, can you believe it is March already! Well I can't but in other news  I am back today with a review for a wonderful book that was sent to me called "The Daily Soul Sessions.. For the Pregnant Mama"

"There are 280 soul sessions - one for every day of this crazy, wild ride called pregnancy. This book is a reminder to live every day in the moment, forget the past, and focus on the positive. It's not a how-to or a guide to have the perfect pregnancy. It's inspiration...a spiritual cup of coffee for the exact phase of your pregnancy. It's a daily dose of soul, so you'll greet every day grinning at the world, spewing light and life until everyone around you wants to know your secret."

The authers of this books are sisters named Kacey Coppola Morale, Kate Coppola Leiva, and Kara Coppola Schmahl.

About the Authors:
Kacey, Kate, and Kara are sisters and mamas who love to cook, drink Italian wine, make music, and unexpectedly have babies within months of each other. Kate and Kacey are Grammy nominated songwriters and recording artists. Kara is a passionate blogger and photographer with experience in PR and marketing for the fine arts. They love to follow their dreams whether it be writing books, singing on the radio, doing a headstand in yoga class, or finally living in the same city at the same time. They currently reside with their husbands, kids, and dogs in Redondo Beach, California and Denver, Colorado. (From TheDailySoulSessions.Com)

With the turn of events that have been happening in my life lately, I am very thankful for the opportunity to review and read this book. For some women pregnancy isn't always sunshine and butterflies and you find yourself depressed and a little down at times. This book is filled with amazing  quotes from writers, songwriters  and more. It also has some bible scriptures included with the personal written sentences or paragraphs from the authors. They also share definitions to words like " Nesting: To Create and settle into a warm and secure refuge." That actually came from my daily ready today in the book.

I love how they share their personal thought from pregnancy, helping you know that you are not alone on your thoughts and feelings. Some women really need that cause like I said pregnancy isn't the same for everyone and if I am being honest, I wish the baby really did come from a stork and dropped off at my front door some days and other days I really enjoy feeling my baby boy kick me and move around. Sometimes I think I can't wait to get my body back but then I also love looking at the belly bump filled with joy.

This book has been really comforting for me and I will definitely recommend getting it, and after you're done with your pregnancy share it with your friends or family who need a extra boost of encouragement in their pregnancy journey.

I am only on week 28 and I am looking forward to finishing it along with my pregnancy.

You can find this book on Amazon and on the their actual website. Also make sure to follow them on Instagram @thedailysoulsessions

Hope you ladies enjoyed my post today, please feel free to comment and ask any questions or even share with me some stuff you would like for me to post about. XOXO
